En dicho lugar, el imputado habr\u00eda agredido con la intenci\u00f3n de causar la muerte a la v\u00edctima, utilizando un objeto cortante, presumiblemente un vaso de vidrio cortado, d\u00e1ndole un corte en la zona del cuello.<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00edctima result\u00f3 con heridas que, de no mediar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y cirug\u00eda urgente, le hubieran provocado la muerte.<\/p>\n<p>El imputado fue detenido posteriormente por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaciones en las cercan\u00edas del puente fiscal de La Serena.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la audiencia, el fiscal de La Serena, Juan Pablo Torrej\u00f3n, solicit\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, por considerar la libertad del sujeto un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad y de la v\u00edctima. \u201cEntendemos que la medida cautelar es la \u00fanica que satisface los fines del procedimiento\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El Juzgado de Garant\u00eda comparti\u00f3 el criterio del Ministerio P\u00fablico y orden\u00f3 la medida cautelar.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, se fijaron 75 d\u00edas para el t\u00e9rmino de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de La Serena formaliz\u00f3 en la investigaci\u00f3n a una persona, quien est\u00e1 imputado de femicidio frustrado \u00edntimo.
